- One 45 - 60 minute intake session to uncover

- Personalised weekly meal plan

- Analysis of blood reports

- Analysis of DEXA scan

- Vitamin and Mineral prescriptions (if required)

- Daily support over chat

- 30-minute Weekly progress monitoring calls

- Macro-balanced recipes from an array of cuisines

- Curated list of dine-out options as per clients preferences

- Travel and dine out tips

- Detailed work out regime and coordination with your trainer 

And finally, many of our sessions will include unpacking limiting beliefs, adopting more positive self-talk, developing more self-compassion and taking practical action towards self-care.
