I have had the pleasure of being under a two-month food and nutrition plan with Abhishek. The whole experience was of a flexible but yet very effective food plan. Abhishek is very dedicated to health and body positivity. He is different from other fitness/dieticians who only focus on getting you "thin". I am not a "thin and lean" body-type and it would be unrealistic for me to do something that fitness models put themselves through, so when Abhishek met with me, we had a discussion about my lifestyle, what activities I enjoy and how to keep doing them without feeling lethargic. His goal is to leave you feeling happier in this great vessel we call the human body. Not only will he help set up a diet plan for you that includes some delicious healthy dishes, he will also discuss with you which work-outs are better suited for your lifestyle. Although he can give you a rigorous diet to make you a "lean and mean machine", he emphasises happiness, and tells you what your body type should realistically aim for. Not many dieticians/nutritionists really have a conversation about your daily energy levels and general well being. Abhishek is a well rounded, well researched person to get some advice so that you can not only be fit, but be more happy and confident with your body and give it what it needs to live longer and make your days last longer.
